Will Call Tickets may be picked up at the Will Call Window at the main entrance of the facility no earlier than 90 minutes before the performance. General Admission tickets may be picked up 3 hours prior to showtime. Customers must have the actual credit card used for the order, a picture ID, and the confirmation number to receive their tickets.

Parking is available near the facility. The Five Seasons Parkade located at 400 1st Ave SE connects to the Alliant Energy PowerHouse via skywalk. A satellite Box Office window will also be available in the Five Seasons Parkade skywalk on event days only beginning two hours prior. Additional ramps are located on 3rd Ave & 4th Ave.

Professional cameras and audio/video recording devices are not allowed into the facility. No outside food or beverages. Smoking is not permitted.
