Fees for Primary Tickets: The following fees apply to primary tickets sold on behalf of the event organiser: An Infrastructure Charge of up to 2.00% applies to tickets purchased online or via our contact centre only as a fee for providing our contact centre and ticketing platform. This will be added to the price of tickets displayed on our event page. A Handling Fee of $5.20 per transaction applies when purchasing tickets online and $8.20 over the phone.A delivery fee may apply depending on the mode of delivery selected. A $2.50 Booking Fee per ticket applies if purchasing tickets from an outlet.Fees for Resale Tickets:Resale Tickets, sold by fans and verified by Ticketmaster, may be available for this event. By Car Traffic congestion can be heavy, particularly during peak times and when there are other events taking place in the precinct. Parking is very limited in and around the stadium on event days, particularly when events are on at the Arena or Raceway. Jack Hinton Drive (between Whiteleigh Ave and Twigger St) is closed on large event days, and off-street parking is often also restricted. Mobility Parking Mobility Parking is available onsite via the Wrights Road entry. Vehicles must have a valid and appropriate Mobility Pass visible.
Orangetheory Stadium is wheelchair accessible and has wheelchair allocated seating in the venue. If you have special seating requirements such as wheelchair access or you require companion seating please contact Ticketek on 0800 686 677. Alternatively, you can contact Ticketek online.
Smokefree Apollo Projects Stadium is smokefree at all times, this includes the use of Vapes & E-Cigarettes. Dress Code All persons entering the Stadium must be appropriately dressed. The right of admittance is reserved to Stadium staff and the decision will be final. In particular no person will be permitted entry to the Stadium with: Bare feet Clothing containing offensive messages (or gang patches) Inappropriate costume High visibility reflective clothing. Behaviour Patrons may be refused entry or asked to leave if they: Are not in possession of a valid ticket or pass Are the subject of a current trespass order Attempt to bring in, or are found with, prohibited items (see below) Appear intoxicated or under the influence of drugs Refuse to undergo a breathalyser test Behave in a disorderly or offensive manner Fail to comply with security or gate staff requests Are carrying out illegal or unauthorised activities within the Stadium.
Age Restrictions Anyone aged 13 or under needs to be accompanied by a responsible adult.
