This enlightening event offers valuable solutions for anyone seeking relief from anxiety's grip. Based on nearly forty years of teaching and practicing meditation, Buddhist nun Gen-la Kelsang Dekyong, senior disciple of the great Buddhist teacher, Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche and Spiritual Director of the New Kadampa Tradition, will guide us into recognizing our potential for a meaningful and joyful life by becoming free from anxiety, worry, and stress. Everyone is welcome. This special event is hosted by Tushita Kadampa Buddhist Center, a non-profit organization located in the Oaks Mall, serving the community for 18 plus years.
