Will Call is located just inside the First and Main Street Entrance at F&M Bank Arena. Tickets ordered through Ticketmaster, which are held at will call in your name, may be picked up on the day of the event by presenting your photo ID and credit card used to purchase.

All children who have not reached their second birthday do not need a ticket for concerts and Austin Peay basketball games, but they must sit on the lap of the ticket holder.
