The Embassy Theatre is a historic venue. There are no elevators to the Loge and Balcony sections. Hearing Assist Devices and Sensory Friendly Kits are available upon request. All guests, regardless of age, must have a ticket. The Box Office will always open at least 2 hours prior to any event. Tickets are available for walk-up purchases as well unless otherwise stated. Cut the line and buy in advance for easy entry.

Customers can pick up tickets starting as early as 1 hour before show time. The Box Office is located at the facility. To receive tickets customers must present a photo ID and the confirmation number.

No on-site parking. Parking is available at the parking garage approximately 1 block from the theatre for a fee of $2.00 after 5 PM. You may enter the parking garage on Calhoun Street, Clinton Street and Jefferson Blvd.

Accessible seating is available for purchase on Ticketmaster.com, over the phone and at the Embassy Theatre Box Office.

Neither cameras nor recording devices are permitted in the facility.

All children regardless of age require a ticket, unless otherwise noted.
