Except on the day of each event, box office is located at FirstOntario Centre Located inside the theatre doors. Note: Please arrive at box office early if picking up tickets. Customers must present the actual credit card used to place the order and government-issued photo ID.

Underground parking is available at the Theatre. Enter from Summer's Lane or King Street.

Accessible Seating: Wheelchair accessible seating is rear orchestra accessible by ramp or elevator and can be purchased through Ticketmaster. Washrooms and facilities are fully accessible. Visually Impaired Seating: Visually impaired tickets can be purchased through the Box Office at 905.546.3050. Hearing Devices: Infra-red hearing devices are available for use at no charge but are limited.

Children under the age of 2 years old are admitted free of charge as long as they are sitting on a guardian's lap, unless otherwise stated. Children's "Booster" seats are NOT available. All persons enterting a Core Entertainment venue must be 14 years of age or older or otherwise accompanied by a companion 16 years of age or older.
