A Raffi concert is best suited for children old enough to talk, sing or clap long. While Raffi's music is enjoyed by babies at home, the live music experience is much louder and very different than hearing the recorded songs at home. While babies are welcome, they may not enjoy a loud concert singalong. Also, please keep in mind that the ticket policy of a theatre is that every person needs a ticket.

There is no parking lot at Massey Hall but parking is available within the immediate area. Nearby Parking Lots include: Eaton Centre underground lot (entrance at Yonge Street and Shuter Street) Green P lot at 25 Dundas Street (at O'Keefe) Green P lot at 37 Queen Street (at Victoria)

All patrons entering Massey Hall will be subject to a bag search. This includes all handbags, purses and backpacks. Please note that large bags unable to fit under your seat will not be permitted at Massey Hall. We encourage you to leave large bags and items at home or to arrange storage elsewhere as we are not able to offer bag check on these items. Permitted bags should be soft sided and able to fit completely under the auditorium seats. An exception will be made for declared medically necessary items, after proper inspection.

All patrons must have a ticket for entry. For most performances*, children under 2 may enter without paid admission, when accompanied by an adult - subject to venue capacity. Please see door staff for a babe in arms pass.
