Unfortunately, the Event Organizer has had to cancel your event. You don't need to do a thing. We'll issue a refund to the original method of payment used at time of purchase, as soon as funds are received from the Event Organizer. It should appear on your account within 14-21 days. Please Note: If the tickets were transferred to you, the refund will go to the fan who originally purchased the tickets from Ticketmaster. Please see our Purchase Policy for more information.

Will Call can be picked up 2 hours prior to showtime at the Box Office outside of the Spotlight showroom. The Box Office closes 1/2 hour after start of event.

Free Valet parking is available. Over 1,000 parking spaces on property.

Accessible seating is available for all shows. The Spotlight Showroom has 2 ramps on the left and right side of the showroom.

The Spotlight Showroom is a non-smoking venue. Shirts & shoes are required. No cameras or recording devices. No bottles, cans, food, weapons or fireworks!
