Minimum Age Requiring Ticket: All guests age 3 years and older are required to have a ticket for entry. While guests younger than 3 do not require a ticket, they would not have a designated seat and would be expected to sit on a parent or caregiver lap. Parking: Parking is included in the cost of the ticket. Fans are encouraged to park in the Arena Garage located directly across from Truist Arena. Clear Bag Policy: A clear bag policy is in effect for Truist Arena, with guests permitted one (1) 12" x 6" x 12" clear bag and one (1) clutch bag no larger than 4.6" x 6.5" per guest. Exceptions are made for medical bags, but they must be inspected before they will be allowed into the Arena. Will Call can be picked up 48 hours after a purchase during regular Box Office Hours. The Customer must present actual credit card, confirmation number and photo ID.

Parking will be available in Truist Arena's surface lot and parking lots on the campus of Northern Kentucky University. Parking will be conducted on a first-come, first-serve basis. The cost is determined on an event-by-event basis. Please call (859) 442-2652 for event specific information.
