Unfortunately, the Event Organizer has had to cancel your event. You don't need to do a thing. We'll issue a refund to the original method of payment used at time of purchase, as soon as funds are received from the Event Organizer. It should appear on your account within 14-21 days. Please Note: If the tickets were transferred to you, the refund will go to the fan who originally purchased the tickets from Ticketmaster. Please see our Purchase Policy for more information.

Venue Policies: - No backpacks or large bags allowed (6 x 8 small bags are okay) - No outside drinks of any kind - No professional cameras of any kind - No laser pointers - No re-entry into the venue after exiting Refund Policy - We have a no refund policy - If an artist has to cancel, reschedule, or modify an event, all ticket holders will receive an email notification with detailed information & options.
