All those under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a responsible adult (21+ or parent) to gain entry to the venue, limited to three under 18s per adult. Under 5's go free, tickets to be organised direct with the Racecourse ([email protected]). A max of 10 tickets per person and per household applies. Tickets in excess of 10 will be cancelled. A free shuttle bus service is also available from the station. Parking at the Racecourse is available in either the Portsmouth Road Car Park (£10.00) or in the centre of the course (FREE) via More Lane.
Sandown Park Racecourse offer complimentary Personal Assistant tickets when a ticket for the attendee is purchased. In order to request a ticket, please purchase (excluding the PA Ticket) and contact the Racecourse ([email protected]) with your order number, name and telephone number. Please note, we do ask for documentation to be provided as proof of eligibility. Sandown Park Racecourse is a cashless venue, including concessions and bars across site. Cash may be used when placing bets with all on-course bookmakers.

Tickets held for collection may only be collected from the venue box office on the day of the event from 2 hours prior to the first race. Please take the credit card used to make the booking and your Ticketmaster reference number with you.

The venue is accessible for wheelchair users. Limited disabled viewing area for racing and limited area for wheelchair access for the music event. Disabled Parking: There are allocated parking spaces in the main Portsmouth Road car park, which is free of charge to all blue badge holders. The parking is very close to the main entrance and the grandstand. Please call 01372 464348 for more information and booking.

During racing, no flash photography. Customers can bring picnics provided they enter the racecourse vis the Lower Turnstile. Strictly no alcohol or illegal substances. Smoking is allowed in the outdoors areas of the venue only. Dress in the grandstand is casual.

Under 10 year olds are admitted free of charge when accompanied by an adult in a family group (1 adult per 2 children). Children aged 10 - 16 year old receive a discount.
