Fees for Primary Tickets: The following fees apply to primary tickets sold on behalf of the event organiser: An Infrastructure Charge of up to 1.95% applies to tickets purchased online or via our contact centre only as a fee for providing our contact centre and ticketing platform. This will be added to the price of tickets displayed on our event page. A Handling Fee of $5.00 per transaction applies over the phone & $5.00 online. A delivery fee may apply depending on the mode of delivery selected. A $2.50 Booking Fee per ticket applies if purchasing tickets from an outlet or the venue Box Office. Fees for Resale Tickets: Resale Tickets, sold by fans and verified by Ticketmaster, may be available for this event. A Resale Seller Fee of no more than 5% of the resale ticket price and a handling Fee of $8.00 per transaction apply to purchases of Resale Tickets.

Accessible Seating Wheelchair Access: The TSB Arena has wheelchair access to the ground floor. Accessible seat locations differ for each event because the venue is multipurpose. For event-specific seats, you can visit the event page on the Ticketmaster website or contact us. Wheelchairs are available at the venue but require you to give advance notice so they can ensure they are on-site during the event. There is elevator access to the upstairs seating for people with reduced mobility. Visually Impaired: Guide dogs are welcome at the TSB Arena. Some shows may offer audio-described performances and touch tours. If you need additional assistance at the venue, ask our friendly staff, who are trained to help. Hearing Impaired: The TSB Arena has an audio loop available for patrons with hearing impairments. The audio is available for all patrons seated in Block 8. Some shows may offer sign-language-interpreted performances.
