Hayley wants to give fans, not scalpers, the best chance to buy tickets at face value. To make this possible, she has chosen to use Ticketmaster's Face Value Exchange. If fans purchase tickets for a show and can't attend, they'll have the option to resell them to other fans on Ticketmaster at the original price paid. To ensure Face Value Exchange works as intended, Hayley has requested all tickets be mobile only and restricted from transfer. Will Call tickets purchased through Ticketmaster.com are available for pick-up at box office on the night of the show, starting when doors open. Please be sure to bring the order confirmation number when picking up tickets at the box office. Guests must present a photo ID which matches the Will Call name on the order to receive tickets. TICKETS MAY NOT BE DROPPED OFF OR LEFT FOR OTHER GUESTS.

There are three parking lots located on Lawrence Ave. within a half block of the Byline Bank Aragon Ballroom. The parking lots cost $30 to park, unless otherwise noted as metered parking. Payment for these parking lots is cash only. They will be open two hours before the event. Street parking is very limited in the surrounding neighborhood.

Byline Bank Aragon Ballroom is a NON-SMOKING venue. This Includes E-Cigarettes and Vape Pens. The following items are prohibited from entering the venue: -Bags larger than 12 x 6 x 12 -Signs larger than 8.5 X 11 -Weapons of any kind, including defense sprays -Outside food or drinks, including water bottles of any kind -Illegal substances (I.e. drugs and drug paraphernalia) -Coolers -Laser pointers -Fireworks -Umbrellas -Bandannas -Aerosol sprays -Spiked jewelry and clothing -Camelbacks - Medication that is not in a marked and properly labeled prescription container matching the name on the owners ID. This list is not exhaustive and changes can be made without notice. Guests are expected to behave respectfully and in accordance with venue policy and state laws. Any guest that is acting in a manner that venue management deems unsafe can be subject to ejection. If a guest violates a state or local law they will be subject to any tickets or punishment deemed necessary by local law enforcement.

For age-restricted shows, all minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Valid photo ID is required for age-restricted shows. Acceptable identification includes: state-issued driver's license or photo identification card, military ID card or valid passport.
