Customers may pick up Will Call tickets 2 hours before event begins until show time. Credit Card used to purchase tickets, valid picture ID, and confirmation number are required.

Parking is available on THE ARENA property. Parking charges vary per show and are included as an additional charge with your ticket purchase.

The camera policy varies from show to show. Professional cameras, VCRs and recording devices are not permitted. Weapons, firearms, cans, laser pens, bottles, smoking and tobacco products are prohibited.

Children ages 2 and over are required to have a ticket for admission, with the exception of select children's shows that require tickets for all children age 1 and over. You must have a ticket if you occupy a seat.
