Will call will open 2 hours prior to an event. Customer must present the credit card used to make the purchase, as well as a valid photo ID. Tickets will only be given to the person whose name is on the order.

WHEELCHAIR ACCESS: Accessible seating is located in both the upper and lower bowl. HEARING IMPAIRED: Assistive Listening Devices are available at the Guest Services table on the south side of the main concourse. A valid ID is required to ensure the return of equipment. ELEVATOR ACCESS: Elevators are located at each entrance. The elevator nearest the south entrance provides access to the ground level and first floor, while the elevator nearest the north entrance provides access to the ground level, first and second floors.
DOORS OPEN: 1 hour prior to event CAMERAS: For most events, small point and shoot cameras are allowed. Professional cameras, specifically cameras with professional/detachable lenses and flash, are not permitted. Baxter Arena reserves the right to examine and prohibit the use of any camera entering the venue. RECORDING DEVICES: Audio and video recording is prohibited during all events.
