Ready to Rock is a great way to cut down on waste by removing disposal tents from the equation, with the bonus of making your experience better & easier. Ready to Rock includes: -Your choice of 3 or 5 person Empty Bell Tent or 2, 4, 6 or 8 person Pre-Pitched Tent -Access to hot showers & proper toilets -Pamper areas with blow dryers, straighteners & mirrors -24hr campsite reception -Private campsite Festival tickets need to be purchased separately, only 3 or 5 Night Camping tickets are valid. Arena only ticketholders will not be permitted access to the campsites, Ready to Rock included.
Our traditional pre-pitched tents & empty bells are a great way to avoid the hassle of bringing your own tent and getting the benefits of Ready To Rock. Need a little added comfort? You can also choose to add a sleep bundle of sleeping bags and self-inflating mats (these cannot be added to the Empty Bell or 6 person tents). Download Festival: On-site parking is available plus we have disabled customer parking area is located at the front of the West car park and available on a first come first served basis. Parking is free of charge for blue badge holders. Access to the arena from the car park and campsite entrance is via a tarmac road. From the front of the West Car Park it is approximately 0.5 miles to the arena entrance (this does depend on where you park within the car park). If you are camping in the disabled customer campsite, cars can be parked next to tents if required, though we are unable to offer this to everyone due to restrictions on space. All cars can be parked in the disabled customer car park.

Download Festival: All disabled customers are welcome at Download, but as it is a greenfield site there are steep stony hilly sections of the site, meaning that sometimes access across the site is not that easy. Stewards however, will be around to assist. Download Festival: Under 5s (ages 0-4 years) are allowed for free - no child ticket required, but must be accompanied by a ticket holding adult. 5-12 years olds must be accompanied by a ticket holding adult and each child will require a Child Ticket. 13-15 must purchase an ADULT ticket and be accompanied by a parent / guardian over 18.
