Day Out with Thomas

-Special Offers are not applicable for all train ride times. Most access codes are generally for Thomas train tickets only -Member must be present and show valid membership card upon admission for all tickets that utilize the Member Discount. -Site Hours 8am-5:00pm -Event is rain or shine. -The time on your Thomas ticket is your train departure time -Thomas Tickets are valid for the departure date/time printed on the ticket only; however your ticket permits you entry to the venue between 8am-5pm to enjoy the other activities offered -Thomas passenger cars are closed cars with two rows of seating and air conditioning. Percy passenger cars are closed historic cars with two rows of seating. -Arrive at least one hour early, driving times are unpredictable, make sure to plan plenty of time. - Be in the Thomas Boarding line at least 30 minutes before your scheduled departure. Thomas boarding will stop 15 minutes before to ensure all passengers are safely seated. - Guests who miss their train will be rebooked to the train with the next available seating (this does not mean the next departure) -Ages 1 year and above require a ticket, under 1 will not have their own seat. -Wheelchair lifts are available for both Thomas and Percy upon request, please inform an attendant upon arrival -If a guest has a disability that prohibits them from standing in line, please see our Information Booth to receive a priority boarding pass which will allow the guest to join the pre-board tent 20 minutes before their scheduled departure. Guests must be in the boarding tent 30 minutes before departure; boarding stops 15 minutes prior to each departure. -All sales are final, no refunds. RULES/RESTRICTIONS (E.g. no cameras, video, outside food or beverage) No food or beverage allowed on the passenger cars or trolleys. Alcohol is NOT allowed on the premises. Video and photographs may be taken for personal use only. Professional photographers must check in with the museum and obtain a license.
