-Site Hours are 8:30AM to 5:00PM -Special Offers are not applicable for all train ride times -Event is rain or shine -The time on your ticket is your train departure time -Tickets are valid for the train departure date/time printed on the ticket only -Arrive at least one hour early (30 min for the 9AM train) -Children under the age of 1 do not require a ticket, but must sit on the lap of a parent/guardian -No pets (only service animals) and no smoking allowed -No outside food or beverage -You must have a ticket to enter the event site. All entrants must have a ticket whether planning to ride or not. -All sales are final, no refunds -The rail cars for the museum are a combination of open air, coach and air conditioned -The train is accessible. Please let the boarding team know if you need extra time to board. -Advance reservations recommended
