This event will be a phone-free experience. Use of phones, smart glasses, smartwatches, cameras, or recording devices will not be permitted in the performance space. Upon arrival at the venue, all phones, smart glasses, and other accessories will be secured in Yondr pouches that will be opened at the end of the event. Guests maintain possession of their phones at all times and can access their phones throughout the event at designated Phone Use Areas in the venue. All phones will be re-secured in Yondr pouches before returning to the event space. Anyone seen using a phone during the performance will be escorted out of the venue. Guests are encouraged to bring a credit card for purchases inside the venue. We appreciate your cooperation in creating a phone-free viewing experience

There is limited pay parking on the grounds. It is advisable to park at an LRT lot and take the train.

Accessible Seating: Wheelchair areas are: Sections 103-105 - attendant can sit beside wheelchair Sections 218 and 220 - attendant must sit behind wheelchair. Wheelchairs cannot be placed in the FLOOR section due to fire regulations. The Wheelchair or Handicap entrance is located on the North East side of the Scotiabank Saddledome. Handicap parking is at the 5th street entrance. Hearing Devices: None.

For any events in which there are childrens or student discounts, children UNDER 24 months are admitted FREE of charge but they must sit on adults lap. For any event which does not have childrens discounts as mentioned above, all ages must pay including babes in arms.
