Accessibility: The main lobby of the theatre is located 8 steps below street level. To transport guests to the lobby comfortably and safely, we use a specialized LiftKar Stair Climber. If you need assistance when you arrive, our security staff-stationed outside and trained in operating the LiftKar-will safely accompany you down the stairs. Once you're in the main lobby, you'll find all public areas and amenities-including restrooms, box office, concessions, and wheelchair-accessible seating - are accessible. Some rows in the Orchestra section may require you to navigate an additional 1 to 4 steps once inside the theatre. Our mezzanine is located up 26 steps and is not wheelchair-accessible.
