Box Office Location: Located across from Hall D Ticket sales are available on the north side of the building as well depending on the event. Note: Please arrive at box office early if picking up tickets. Customers must present the actual credit card used to place the order and photo ID.

There is ample parking available around the Edmonton EXPO Centre. All parking may be purchased on site.

Edmonton EXPO Centre is wheelchair accessible. Wheelchair seats are located in Hall D Arena in Sections H and L, in the lower level. Only one attendant seat may be purchased per wheelchair seat. Wheelchair patron and attendant sit side by side. Hearing Devices: None.

Events that are sold on a seat specific basis and children who have not celebrated their 2nd birthday are admitted into the building for free (if they sit on someone's lap and do not obstruct the view of other patrons). Children 2 and above require a ticket. This policy is strictly enforced unless otherwise specified by the show. Policy is subject to change depending on the event.
